1. Limited Warranty

DeLong (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a limited warranty for all products purchased directly from delongpower.com.

Warranty Coverage

  • All DeLong products include a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

    • Battery defects

    • Internal component failure

    • Functional defects under normal use

    • Safety-related defects

Not Covered Under Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or unauthorized modifications

  • Damage caused by improper charging or use with non-compliant accessories

  • Cosmetic damage

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Warranty Claim Procedure

To start a warranty claim, contact us at 002c@delongtop.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos of the defect

If the product is confirmed defective, we will provide:

  • Replacement unit

  • Or a repair

  • Or a partial/full refund (depending on condition and claim result)

We reserve the right to request the defective product be returned before replacement.

2. Return Policy

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy.

You may return your product within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging are included

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts due to customer misuse

  • Gift cards or downloadable content

  • Clearance items (if explicitly marked non-returnable)

How to Start a Return

Send an email to 002c@delongtop.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • If applicable, photos or videos

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued when:

  • Returned product is received and inspected

  • The product meets the return conditions above

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal or Stripe).

  • Processing time:

    • 3-7 business days after we receive the returned item

    • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • Item is returned with missing parts

  • Item shows signs of use

  • Packaging is significantly damaged

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
