We understand the importance of timely and secure delivery for your investment, and we strive to provide a seamless shipping experience from our warehouses directly to your home or business.


 

1. Shipping Locations & Warehouse Network

We proudly serve customers across:

  • The entire United States (including Alaska & Hawaii)

  • Canada

  • All countries within the European Union (EU)

  • The United Kingdom

Your order will be shipped from our strategically located warehouses in the Germany, Netherlands, or Shenzhen, China, ensuring the shortest possible delivery times by dispatching from the nearest available facility.


 

2. Processing Time

All orders typically require up to 5 business days for processing after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number(s). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


 

3. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all DELONG systems to all our covered shipping locations. No hidden fees, just reliable delivery.

  • Carrier: We partner with a comprehensive network of trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, DPD, HERMES, RABEN, and specialized Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight companies. The choice of carrier depends on your location, package size, and the most efficient delivery route. For larger DELONG energy storage systems, LTL freight is typically utilized.


 

4. Estimated Shipping Times

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can vary based on your specific location, carrier operational delays, and unforeseen circumstances.

  • Within the contiguous United States: 3-7 business days

  • Within the European Union (EU) & United Kingdom: 5-10 business days

  • Alaska, Hawaii & Canada: Delivery times may vary and will be provided with your tracking information.


 

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) within 5 business days of payment. You can use this number to track the real-time status of your delivery directly on the respective carrier's website.


 

6. Delivery Considerations for Large Items (LTL Freight)

For larger DELONG systems (such as the dlPOWER series), specific delivery protocols apply to ensure safe handling:

  • Signature Required: All large item deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure an authorized individual is available at the delivery address to inspect and sign for the package.

  • Curbside Delivery: Standard LTL freight delivery is typically curbside. This means the carrier will unload the package to the curb at your delivery address. It will be your responsibility to move the package from the curb to your desired location (e.g., garage, equipment room).

  • Delivery Appointment: For LTL freight shipments, the carrier will usually contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure your provided contact information (phone number and email) is accurate.

  • Failed Delivery: If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or an inaccurate address, additional redelivery fees may apply, for which the customer will be responsible.


 

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For Canada & UK, if shipped from US/EU respectively)

  • For Canada and UK customers: While we strive to minimize any additional costs by shipping from our nearest warehouse, in some instances, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may be levied by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information on these potential charges before placing your order.

  • Customs Delays: Customs clearance procedures can sometimes cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.


 

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the size and nature of our products.

  • DELONG reserves the right to cancel orders that are destined for areas that we cannot reliably or safely deliver to.


 

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Inspect Upon Arrival: It is critically important to inspect your package(s) immediately upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or suspect damage to the product itself, DO NOT sign for the delivery as "clear". Please clearly note the damage on the delivery receipt and, if possible, take photos. Contact DELONG customer support at Services@delongtop.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the supposed delivery date. We will assist you in initiating a claim with the shipping carrier.
